Oakton students who seek a minor in Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies and have completed their associate of arts degree or 60 transferable semester hours are eligible for the Pathway Gender, Sexuality, and Women;s Studies Scholars program. **
This program offers with guaranteed admission for accepted students. No additional application is required. Students must meet a prescribed curriculum (please see transfer guide) and have a minimum 3.25 GPA for consideration.
If a student is admitted to the Pathway Scholars program, an additional admission application is not needed at the time of transfer.

*Please note that eligible Phi Theta Kappa students will receive either a $30.000 Phi Theta Kappa scholarship or a $34,000 PTK scholarship with a GPA of 3.75+. The special Pathway designation and benefits listed below for either the Pathway Environmental Studies, or the Pathway Humanities, or Pathway Business, Economics, or Finance Scholars. The maximum amount of merit-based scholarship is $36,000
** Students will be evaluated at the end of every academic year at the College. Pathway Scholars are required to maintain a 2.0 GPA.
