Many countries recognize digital diplomas. Parchment Awards diplomas are supporting the needs of international credentials.
Students and former students have certain rights regarding your college records. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of student education records; this means that records (such as transcripts and grades) are limited to the student. A student may authorize others to have access to their records with the FERPA Authorization Release Form (login required).
To have all of the "Directory Information" withheld, the student must give written notice, in person, or if by mail, by certified mail return receipt requested and addressed to the Enrollment Center. This notice can be made or rescinded at any time.
If you believe there is an inaccuracy in your record, you can apply to challenge the record in Registrar Services. This does not include grades; please speak directly with the faculty member for these questions and next steps. For more information about your FERPA rights, visit Student Right to Know.
